Order Cancellations​​​

  • Cancellation by the Customer:

    • ​You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.

    • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation by Gardens of Vaitarna:

    • ​We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

      • ​Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos or other documentation to process your claim.

      • Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

      • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

  • Non-Refundable Products:

    • Products are not eligible for refunds, including:

      • ​Products that have been despatched.

      • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

      • Products purchased during a sale or promotional event.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product, if applicable, and inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria mentioned above.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • ​If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Return Procedure:

    • ​Please ensure that the product is securely packed and returned in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us safely.
